Spaghetti Carbonara

At first, I thought this is too complicated to prepare.  But since I really love as in “really” love to eat spaghetti carbonara, I tried it myself… and ola! I never thought this would be so much easy and fun!!! I want to share with you guys my simple version of Spaghetti Carbonara:

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo spaghetti noodles
minced garlic (2 to 3 cloves)
chopped onions (just a half size will do)
cooking oil (olive oil or canola oil)
bacon or ham (cut into small squares)
sliced mushrooms
2 big cans evaporated milk
2 big cans cream of mushroom
grated cheese
chopped parsley

Procedure:
for Pasta:
Boil water with salt in a large pot.  Cook pasta until its al dente.  Drain the cooked pasta and return to the pot.
for Sauce:
Melt butter in a heated pan.  Sautee garlic and onions, throw in the ham, and sliced mushrooms.  Add the evaporated milk and the cream of mushroom.  (You can add an amount of grated cheese into your sauce if you like).  Cook the sauce for a few minutes.

Transfer the cooked pasta into a nice plate, pour in the sauce, put some grated cheese.  Then add in some chopped parsley for garnish.
